Your role

I’m looking for someone who wants to become part of the day-to-day growth of AIKO and help bring ideas to life.

You’ll work closely with me across events, retreats, partnerships, marketing & content — from designing new experiences and discovering venues, brands and collaborations to organising retreats behind the scenes and telling the story of it all online.

You’ll have the freedom to bring your own ideas to the table and help shape what AIKO becomes next.

What you'll do

  • Help bring AIKO events & retreats to life, from first ideas to the final experience
  • Research beautiful venues, wellness brands, experiences & potential collaborations
  • Support the planning & organisation of events and retreats behind the scenes
  • Help curate gifting, styling, materials & all the little details that make an AIKO experience special
  • Brainstorm new event concepts, collaborations & creative ideas
  • Connect with wellness brands & potential partners
  • Create & capture content for social media, events, retreats & launches
  • Support marketing, newsletters, website updates & promotional materials
  • Join selected events & retreats and help everything come together on the day

  • You’re creative, proactive & organised
  • You have a genuine interest in wellness, lifestyle, travel & events
  • You have an eye for aesthetics, content & branding
  • You enjoy taking initiative and working independently
  • You’re comfortable with Canva, CapCut, One.com and other creative tools
  • You’re excited to share ideas, think along and create together
  • You’re based in or around Ghent, or able to be there regularly
